Shopping Must Know
  1. Normal order is not eligible for discount (except for Promotion)
  2. We have already giving the lowest price we couold give, please do not bargain, we will give you discount if we can.
  3. We are giving lowest price that we could, please forgive that we do not include postage fees, unless we inform you personally (Sometimes it could be discount on postage fees)
  4. Items will be post out after "Order Confirmation" & payment done, if you do not wish to receive your items late, please make sure you have done every steps on time.
  5. We are only using Maybank & Public Bank to receive payment at the moment.
    If you are using cash deposit machine to do your payment and you couldn't bank in the small amont, please bank in extra, we will return the balance to your Maybank or Public Bank account by using online transfer.
    If you do not have account in these 2 banks, we will give you a "cash-back" voucher so that you could use it on your next purchase.

Pre-order Must Know
  1. The price of pre-order will be cheaper than Normal order (except for promotional item).
  2. 2 batches in a month,FIRST BATCH is on 1st - 12th of the month, SECOND BATCH is on16th-27th of the month.
  3. The Pre-order payment due date is on 13th & 28th, items will be posted on the nearest weekends after payment due date.

  1. Pick your favourite item & order with us via email or comment.
  2. Please fill in your order with the format below to avoid unnecessary error.

  3. We will confirm your order & calculate your total & poastage as soon as possible. It is buyer's responsibility to keep their "Order Confirmation" number.
  4. Once confirmtaion have done, buyers can bank in to our banking account (before due date), and inform us your

    (b)Your name & contact number
    (c)Date & time of payment made
    (d)Bank
    (e)Reference number of transaction
    (f)Total amount
  5. We will reply you whether we receive the payment later on. For normal order, we will post out the items next day, and for pre-order, we will send out the parcel on the nearest weekends.

Attention
  1. Please make sure your details are correct, we couldn't call up one-by-one to confirm your details. We do not take responsible on any loses caused by details error.
  2. We will cancel the order if we didn't get any reply on order confirmation.
  3. Please make your payment before due date. If you couldn't make it, please inform us via email or facebook.
    If you bank in after the due date, your items will be categorized as next batch. (If you do not wish to see this happens, please contact us for details)
    If you do not reply within 3 days after payment due date, we will just cancel your order.
  4. We do not practise blacklist. We welcome your enquiries but please do not make order if you have not make your mind.
  5. Please inform us after you have bank in. If you do not inform us, we do not take responsible on any delay or cancellation caused.
