How to join as member?
- To be our member, you just need to purchase from us for once, at any cost.
- Your total cost could be changed to Points even on your first purchase.
How to redeem Points?
- It's very easy, your points are base on the cost you have purchased. For every RM1 you spent with us, is 1 point (excluded postage fees). Your Points will be collected on each time you purchase.
- When you collected 100 Points, we will automatically deduct RM1 from your next purchase.
How long can I keep the Points? How will my Points get expired?
- Your Points will not expired within 3 years since you last purchase. We will only delete your record if we couldn't trace your purchase after 3 years.
Any way to collect more Points?
- Purchase for 3 Times in 3 Months Time.
If you purchase for at least 3 times in 3 months, we will give you 50 Points as rewards. - Purchase During Anniversary Month of Cathie Face Shop
Every September will be our anniversary, you can collect 2X of Points if you purchase during September. - Introduce Your Friends to Buy From Us
When you have introduced someone to purchase from us, do not forget to inform us who is your friend. We will reward you 50% of the Points of your friend's first purchase. When you introduce more people to buy from us, you will get more rewards, and there might be a chance that you can shop with your Points, without spending a cent. - Points on Special Events
